Our story, our mission

My journey into homeschooling began with a desire for a different style of education for my own children. Having worked in public schools, I realized their unique needs – my youngest with ADHD, my middle child with learning struggles, and my oldest who is super advanced – weren't being fully met. When I pulled them into homeschooling, I discovered a profound love for teaching my own children and for working with other families.

This path has also deepened my faith, allowing me to consistently pour into my children. Now, I aspire to extend this dedication to other children, fulfilling the Great Commission that Jesus calls us to, starting with the youngest generation. I thrive on creating engaging, hands-on lesson plans and games that make learning enjoyable and lasting. My goal is to offer more than traditional schooling, providing a different style of learning for families. Through Faith & Foundations Education, I aim to show my children what it means to follow God's calling.

What truly sets Faith & Foundations Education apart is my unique background and dedication. I've worked in education, and as a homeschooling mother of three children with diverse abilities and personalities, I understand the challenges and joys firsthand. My qualifications include experience teaching ESC (Exceptional Student Education) students and English as a Second Language students. I've also been actively involved in children's ministry and student ministry, further enriching my approach.

Every class we offer is founded on faith first, then academics. This integrated approach ensures that while children build strong educational foundations, they also grow in confidence, character, and faith within a welcoming, Christ-centered environment.
